Remote Admin
Remote administration is generally used for clients of "CSANS" that have been visited and hardware details and set-up of the computer system or computer network are already known. Remote administration can be used to obtain many of these facts but to meet initially and give you an idea of who will be logged into your computer working remotely is usually recommended. For clients that require initial remote administration the service is available natively in Windows XP remote administration and through net meeting remote desktop in other versions of Windows. An initial visit to your site also allows us to install remote administration software that has been built for the specific purpose of remotely fixing problems on your computer or computer network. Different types of remote administration software are available to suit your particular operating system and computing environment.
